BCare Consultant Pharmacists, LLC is a pharmacy consulting company that was created to address the changing and specific needs of seniors, patients with chronic conditions and those who need specialized care in the states of Pennsylvania and Maryland. We aim to work with facilities and individual patients to help provide the best possible care in a safe and cost effective manner while ensuring adherence to state and federal laws and regulations.
Our team is board certified in geriatric pharmacy (BCGP) and also in pharmacy consulting (CCP).
