We offer in-person comprehensive medication consultations to individuals based on the information collected from them. A written report will be provided which will include relevant take away points. We also offer drug information (over the phone) on specific questions that individuals may have. Furthermore, we provide assistance with overall medication management with the goal of making things easier for the patients and their caregivers. The information that we provide with these services is not meant to replace the individuals’ own healthcare professionals’ advice or care. This information should be discussed with the patients’ healthcare providers and is meant to assist them in better understanding their therapies and educate them.
Meet Dr. Josette Tomety-Fotzeu
Josette founded of BCare Consultant Pharmacists, LLC to address the changing and specific needs of seniors, patients with chronic conditions and those who need specialized care in the states of Pennsylvania and Maryland. She graduated from the University of Maryland School of Pharmacy with a Doctor of Pharmacy Degree in 2007 and also holds a Bachelor of Science in Biochemistry . In addition, Josette is board certified in Geriatric Pharmacy (BCGP) and as a Consultant Pharmacist (CCP). She has experience working in community pharmacy, long term care and hospice. She strongly believes that great results are achieved when patients and healthcare providers work together as a team.
